Repairs we carry out on the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 13-inch
Touchscreen replacement
Glass, touch layer and display are one bonded 13.3-inch part. We replace it as a unit and test touch and pen input before it leaves.

Windows repair and reinstall
The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 13-inch shipped with Windows 11. We repair start-up faults, reinstall Windows cleanly with your files kept, and remove malware.
Battery replacement
We replace the internal battery and check the charging circuit and adapter at the same time. At this age, short runtime and sudden shutdowns usually point to a worn battery and not a board fault.

Charging port and power repair
Charging is over USB-C. A loose or dead port is replaced where it is a separate part, or repaired on the motherboard where it is soldered.
SSD and storage upgrade
The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 13-inch takes an M.2 SSD. We clone the existing drive to a larger one so Windows, programs and files carry over unchanged.

We also carry out keyboard and trackpad repair, motherboard repair, liquid damage repair, overheating and fan repair, hinge and casing repair, virus removal on the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 13-inch, along with USB, HDMI and audio port repair, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card replacement, webcam and speaker faults, BIOS password removal with proof of ownership and data transfer to a new machine.

- Galaxy Book memory is soldered; most models have a replaceable M.2 SSD.
- The AMOLED panels are thin and are replaced like-for-like by part number.
Data recovery from the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 13-inch
The SSD in the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 13-inch can be removed and imaged on our own equipment, so files can usually be recovered even when the machine will not start. Recent Windows machines often have device encryption or BitLocker switched on. If so we will need the recovery key, which is normally saved in your Microsoft account.
