Most configurations of the LG Gram 14 14Z90Q have two M.2 slots, so a second SSD can be added, or the existing one cloned to a larger drive.

Memory
Memory in the LG Gram 14 14Z90Q is soldered and cannot be upgraded. It is worth knowing this before paying anyone for a memory upgrade.
Windows repair and reinstall
The LG Gram 14 14Z90Q shipped with Windows 11. We repair start-up faults, reinstall Windows cleanly with your files kept, and remove malware.
Battery replacement
The battery is internal and held by screws. We fit a new one, then calibrate and test it under load. A battery of this age that swells should be replaced before it damages the trackpad or casing.
Price confirmed before work starts
We also carry out keyboard and trackpad repair, motherboard repair, liquid damage repair, overheating and fan repair, hinge and casing repair, virus removal on the LG Gram 14 14Z90Q, along with USB, HDMI and audio port repair, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card replacement, webcam and speaker faults, BIOS password removal with proof of ownership and data transfer to a new machine.
Notes from the workshop
- The Gram’s very light magnesium alloy chassis flexes more than most, and the display is easily damaged by pressure on the lid.
- Most Gram models have two M.2 slots, so adding storage is simple.
