Repairs we carry out on the ASUS ZenBook Pro 16X OLED UX7602

Battery replacement
A new internal battery is fitted and tested through a full charge and discharge. At this age, short runtime and sudden shutdowns usually point to a worn battery and not a board fault.

Charging port and power repair
Depending on the configuration this charges through a round socket, USB-C or both. We test the adapter, the port and the charging circuit to find which has failed.
SSD and storage upgrade
The ASUS ZenBook Pro 16X OLED UX7602 takes an M.2 SSD. We clone the existing drive to a larger one so Windows, programs and files carry over unchanged.

Windows repair and reinstall

We also carry out keyboard and trackpad repair, motherboard repair, liquid damage repair, overheating and fan repair, hinge and casing repair, virus removal on the ASUS ZenBook Pro 16X OLED UX7602, along with USB, HDMI and audio port repair, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card replacement, webcam and speaker faults, BIOS password removal with proof of ownership and data transfer to a new machine.
What we see on the bench
- ZenBook memory is soldered on most models, and the keyboard is part of the top case.
- OLED panels are replaced like-for-like; they are sensitive to pressure, so lid and hinge damage often takes the screen with it.
- USB-C charging faults are a common board repair on recent generations.
Data recovery from the ASUS ZenBook Pro 16X OLED UX7602
The SSD in the ASUS ZenBook Pro 16X OLED UX7602 can be removed and imaged on our own equipment, so files can usually be recovered even when the machine will not start. Recent Windows machines often have device encryption or BitLocker switched on. If so we will need the recovery key, which is normally saved in your Microsoft account.
