The 21.5-inch panel is the front of the whole machine. We replace cracked, dark or lined panels and check the backlight circuit, because a black screen on an all-in-one is not always the panel.

We reinstall macOS, migrate data, and can revive or restore the firmware in DFU mode from a second Mac when an update has left the machine unresponsive.
SSD and storage upgrade
We replace the hard drive or Fusion Drive in the iMac 21.5-inch 4K with an SSD. The display has to come off to do it, and it is refitted with new adhesive.

Memory upgrade
Most configurations of the iMac 21.5-inch 4K have SODIMM memory slots, so memory can be increased. We check what is fitted and the maximum the board supports.
