Depending on the configuration this charges through a round socket, USB-C or both. We test the adapter, the port and the charging circuit to find which has failed.
Storage
Storage on the Google Pixelbook Go is soldered and cannot be upgraded. We can help with external storage, clearing space, or moving to a new machine.

Most of what is on a Chromebook lives in the Google account and Google Drive, and comes back when you sign in on another device. My Google Pixelbook Go will not turn on. Is my data lost?
Not necessarily, but the storage is on the main board, so the board has to be repaired far enough to read it. Do not keep trying to power it on, and tell us about any backups you have.
Is a 2019 Google Pixelbook Go still worth repairing?
It depends on the fault. A battery, SSD or charging socket is usually worth doing. A major board repair on an older machine may cost more than the machine is worth, and if that is the case we will say so.
