If your HP All-in-One 24-f will not start, shows no picture, runs hot or has become slow, we can diagnose and repair it at our Bermondsey workshop. The HP All-in-One 24-f is a 2018 all-in-one PC with a 23.8-inch screen. Parts are matched to the exact chassis, so the model number matters when we quote.

Repairs we carry out on the HP All-in-One 24-f
Screen replacement
The 23.8-inch panel is the front of the whole machine. We replace cracked, dark or lined panels and check the backlight circuit, because a black screen on an all-in-one is not always the panel.

Windows repair and reinstall
The HP All-in-One 24-f meets Microsoft’s Windows 11 requirements in most configurations. We upgrade from Windows 10, which reached end of support in October 2025, or reinstall Windows 11 cleanly with your files kept.
SSD and storage upgrade
The HP All-in-One 24-f has an M.2 slot and, on some configurations, a 2.5-inch bay. Machines that shipped with a hard drive are much faster once moved to an SSD.

Memory upgrade
Most configurations of the HP All-in-One 24-f have SODIMM memory slots, so memory can be increased. We check what is fitted and the maximum the board supports.
We also carry out motherboard repair, overheating and fan repair, virus removal on the HP All-in-One 24-f, along with stand repair, no-picture and no-boot diagnosis, port repair, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card replacement and data transfer to a new PC.
Notes from the workshop
- HP all-in-ones use laptop-style components behind the display, which is removed to reach most parts.
- A black screen with the PC still running usually points to the panel or its backlight.

The model is on a label on the back, side or underside of the machine. For this model, look for 24-f.
Can the HP All-in-One 24-f run Windows 11?
Yes, in most configurations.
