Finding your Razer model number
The model number beginning RZ09 is printed on the base. If you cannot find it, call 020 7237 6805 and describe the machine; we can usually identify it from the label or a photo.
Repairs, upgrades and data recovery
Each model page lists the repairs that apply to that machine and says plainly what can and cannot be upgraded. Starting prices for the most common jobs:

Do you recover data as well as repair?
