Can you recover a SK hynix drive that is no longer detected?

Does the SK hynix warranty cover data recovery?
Usually not. Most warranties replace the drive without recovering what was on it, and the faulty drive is not returned. Some drives are sold with a data recovery plan, so check yours. Either way, recover the data before sending a drive back.
