What goes wrong with SanDisk Professional and G-Technology drives
- These are common in film, photo and audio work, where the drive often holds the only copy of a shoot.
- G-RAID units are usually set to RAID 0 for speed, so a single failed drive takes the whole volume offline. Both drives are needed for recovery.

Can you recover a SanDisk Professional and G-Technology drive that is no longer detected?
Often, yes. A drive that is not detected usually has an electronic or firmware fault, and the data behind it is intact. We confirm what is recoverable, and the price, before recovery starts.
Does the SanDisk Professional and G-Technology warranty cover data recovery?
Usually not. Most warranties replace the drive without recovering what was on it, and the faulty drive is not returned. Some drives are sold with a data recovery plan, so check yours. Either way, recover the data before sending a drive back.
